Service Description

Our free self-defence workshop for womxn is designed to cover scenarios and situations womxn can or may find themselves in. By increasing awareness using threat recognition, setting physical and emotional boundaries but also practicing realistic physical techniques, our goal is to help build confidence and empower womxn in a safe environment. This is the first of four workshops we will be delivering throughout the year. The workshop will be delivered by our experienced instructor who is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Capoeira black belt as well as a Level 3 Personal Trainer, combining more than 20 years of experience in martial arts and the fitness industry. There is no fitness level or experience required. This course is designed for any individuals. LIMITED spaces. Please arrive 10 minutes early.
