FREE Self defense workshop - March 2023

Our free self-defense workshop for womxn is designed to cover scenarios and situations womxn can or may find themselves in. By increasing awareness using threat recognition, setting physical and emotional boundaries but also practicing realistic physical techniques, our goal is to help build confidence and empower womxn in a safe environment. This is the second of four workshops we will be delivering throughout 2023. This time, we will be focusing on attacks from the back, as requested following the survey sent out in February. The workshop will be delivered by our experienced instructor who is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Capoeira black belt as well as a Level 3 Personal Trainer, combining more than 20 years of experience in martial arts and the fitness industry. There is no fitness level or experience required. This course is designed for any individuals. You do not need to have attended our previous workshop to attend this one. LIMITED spaces.
